Project PLAN for an outdoor flower pot holder (shown on top of the metal garden table which is a separate plan I have for sale). The size is approximately 16.5x9" and this pot holder will allow for 3, 4" pots. It is possible to easily modify the depth to allow for 1 or 2 larger pots if you desire. A .stl file is included in the plans for use with your CNC router and dxf files are included for the outlines, perimeter, and V-Carving. Also included is a pdf for full size parts drawings.
The design is intended for wood although other materials could be used such as plastic or metal BUT those options will be much more expensive than the wood. Preferably a wood better suited for outdoor use is bust such as Cedar, Redwood or teak. This is a small project so minimal materials are required and can be painted or stained to your preference.
This can be a rewarding project and unique. Gluing and assembly (brads / nails / screws) is required Although, the actual assembly is basic and this is a great project for a home hobbyist. I would love to see your final result so shoot me an e-mail and pic when you are complete.
